Responsibilities:


  • Prepare, create, and distribute various reports using Microsoft Office tools.
  • Create meeting agendas, minutes, and action trackers, tracking actions to completion.
  • Invoice receiving for Accounts Payable.
  • Track and enter all employee training records.
  • Provide confidential and administrative support to leadership.
  • Execute document control and records management, maintaining the integrity of associated systems.
  • Provide general reception and administrative services.
  • Manage visitor and contractor orientations and security badges.
  • Arrange ad hoc functions as required.

Qualifications:


Job Type:
Fixed term contract

Contract length: 4 months


Pay:
$25.00-$30.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week


Schedule:

  • 8 hour shift
  • Day shift
  • Monday to Friday

Education:


  • Secondary School (preferred)

Language:


  • English (preferred)
