Description
Responsibilities:
- Prepare, create, and distribute various reports using Microsoft Office tools.
- Create meeting agendas, minutes, and action trackers, tracking actions to completion.
- Invoice receiving for Accounts Payable.
- Track and enter all employee training records.
- Provide confidential and administrative support to leadership.
- Execute document control and records management, maintaining the integrity of associated systems.
- Provide general reception and administrative services.
- Manage visitor and contractor orientations and security badges.
- Arrange ad hoc functions as required.

Contract length: 4 months
Pay:
$25.00-$30.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
Education:
- Secondary School (preferred)
