Core Responsibilities

  • Data Analytics and Insights
  • Support ecommerce and product teams in building requirements to improve the digital experience
  • Champion a data driven culture, ensuring analytical tools and practices evolve over time to reflect the changing needs of your partners
  • Deliver on analytics projects from collecting stakeholder business requirements, formulating analytics approaches, and delivering on meaningful results (e.g. data transformation, statistical model building, and visualization dashboard creation)
  • Navigate through multiple data sources to manage online/offline analysis of the customer journey and deliver datadriven proposals for optimizing onsite engagement and ecommerce metrics
  • Lead development of market models for online sales and service output based on multiple factors, including traffic, online engagement, conversion
  • Channel planning and development
  • Deep dive on sales and service impacts from internal and external data to help inform mid to longterm online channel strategy
  • Online / offline analysis of customer behavior and segmentation tied to channel shaping initiatives

  • Lead performance review meetings to go over results, trends, insights and align on a plan to improve performance and help set targets in collaboration with digital partners
  • Business support for telling Digital narrative around online and offline customer journey
  • Develop materials for presentation or support in SLT discussions regarding data on online sales and service strategy

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Mathematics, Economics, Computer Science or equivalent experience
  • 5+ years of professional experience in data analytics, performance analytics or product/program management role with focus on data projects
  • Passionate about data, technology, analytical models, and automation with a tenacity to explore new sources to uncover insights
  • Strong scripting and programming skills in SAS, SQL, Python /R
  • Know your way around digital related metrics and web analytics tools (i.e. Adobe Analytics, Google Analytics, etc.,)
  • Experience delivering written and verbal presentations of analyses & recommendations to senior management
  • Strong selfmanagement with ability to multitask and organize deliverables with varying levels of priority
  • Thrives in an environment of constant change, unpredictability and ambiguity
  • Excellent interpersonal skills to work well in a crossfunctional team environment
