Are you committed to protecting your community? Blackbird Security is seeking to hire Security Guards - Concierge in
Port Moody, BC for residential sites.

What you will do

Provide excellent customer service to tenants, clients and patrons at the site.
Ensure duties such as access control, parcel sorting, amenities booking are completed accurately.
Escort trespassers away from client premises
Patrol designed areas and respond to emergencies as fire alarms,etc. by adhering to company/ client policies.
Perform safety and security duties with the highest standards of professionalism and integrity
Document complete incident reports for security purposes
Respond to emergencies and escalate to law enforcement agencies as required
A Valid Security License
Condominium/ Residential Security experience
Customer service experience
Superior communication skills, both written and spoken.
Willingness to attend meetings and improve skills
Ability to work without close supervision
Must be willing and comfortable to stand and patrol for the duration of the shift
