We are looking to hire an
Inside Sales Representative with a
passion for forming connections with those they serve. We're looking for a
skilled relationship builder with an entrepreneurial mindset.


As an Inside Sales Representative, you are responsible for handling all
inbound inquiries and lead management (both phone and digital) in order to ensure that we are responsive to our prospective members' specific needs, and participating in customer satisfaction initiatives.

For this role, we are looking for highly driven individuals with a proven track record of exceeding monthly sales targets.

Inside Sales Representative:
_

As the Inside Sales Representative you will be the first point of contact for prospective clients/members.

You must have a passion for connecting with people, superior customer service skills, as well as be confident in selling a great service that can positively impact the lives of the members that we serve.

You will be responsible for communicating the variety of services we have to offer to our potential members - showing them everything there is to love about Home Concierge and putting their mind at ease.

You will be responsible for sales calls, administration, production of sales reports and prospect management in a timely and efficient manner while ensuring prompt communication with the management team.

You will connect with potential prospects and referral sources while maintaining and updating a fully completed database. Remaining connected with all leads and qualified prospects is imperative.


How do I qualify?

What we are looking for:

Manage a full sales cycle from qualifying inbound leads, to closing new clients:

  • Be primary point of contact for all inbound sales inquiries
  • Ability to manage multiple opportunities with high degree of organization
  • Populate & maintain an up to date view of the customer pipeline in sales CRM (Salesforce)
  • Support other business duties as assigned

What you must have:


  • Previous customer service and/or inside sales experience an asset
  • Healthcare B2B, B2B2C or B2C Services is an asset
  • Previous experience working in Salesforce an asset
  • Excited about using new technologies dayday
  • Excellent verbal communication, interpersonal skills, telephone etiquette and Professionalism
  • Thrive in a high paced, high growth environment
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and the use of web and mobile technology
  • The ability to take ownership and thrive in a start up type environment
This role may require some evening and weekend flexibility to meet business needs
