General Construction worker to join its team

The Opportunity:

Permanent full-time, all year round work( no dead season):

Starting at $22.00/h. Rapid promotional opportunities to be Co-Foreman paid $60,000.00-$75,000.00/year performance based and then Foreman with $75,000.00-$89,000.


00/year performance based:

What you would do as a Construction worker:

  • Execute the installation ( manual work) of various SSQ systems using company approved, quality-focused methods
  • Provide customers with a remarkable experience
  • Load materials, tools and equipment on to company's truck
  • Unload and clean the truck when returning to the company's warehouse

What you would do as a Co-Foreman:

  • Execute the installation ( manual work) of various SSQ systems using company approved, quality-focused methods
  • Report project progress to management
  • Do the necessary administrative paper work that applies to the project
  • Be the liaison between workers and Management
  • Supervise and assign tasks to workers and see its completion
  • Ensure that the project is staying on or under budget
  • Overseeing training of new crew members
  • Ensuring quality work and safe practices. Job site security is a top priority
  • Answer all customers' questions regarding existing installations
  • Use our internal custom software daily
  • Meet with our existing clients for prescheduled appointments to perform service
  • Assist the Foreman in his tasks

This individual must:

Experience in carpentry, demolition and/or concrete work preferred:

  • Ability to work physically and lift up to 40 pounds, climb a ladder, kneel or crawl
  • Excellent communication skills in French and English
  • Strong leadership skills and lead by example
  • Excellent customer service skills and integrity are crucial
  • Strong listening and followup skills
  • Individual must have a valid driver's license and a good driving record
  • Basic computer skills
  • Like to consult and help people
  • High School Diploma or GED required
  • Ability to organize a work schedule
  • Ability to read construction drawings and specs preferred
  • Perform quality checks on construction equipment
  • Positive and cheerful Attitude
  • Ability to train new employees
  • Planning and staying on timeline
