    Facility Sales and Administration Role

    The primary focus of this position is to provide exceptional quality customer service to our customers as they interact with the facility. This involves greeting customers, processing transactions, and maintaining accurate records.

    This role requires strong customer service skills, the ability to work effectively in a team environment, and excellent communication skills. The successful candidate will have a keen attention to detail, be organized, and possess current digital skills including spreadsheet and word processing applications within a Windows-based operating environment.

    Main Responsibilities:

    • Process orders from external customers and operations employees
    • Maintain facility transaction files
    • Ensure accurate inventory tracking and compile related statistics
    • Prepare documents, reports, spreadsheets, and presentations
    • Provide quality customer service
