Position Description:

The Community and Housing Support worker promotes housing stability for marginalized individuals, supporting their health, wellness, and community belonging.

Duties for this position include:

Working as part of an interdisciplinary team to provide direct and indirect support to individuals.
Supporting individuals with activities of daily living.
Administering medication, recording daily shift notes.
Maintaining a safe and healthy environment.
Reinforcing individuals' life skills, spirituality, and social and community skills by supporting participation in cultural, spiritual, recreations, leisure, and social activities.
Arranging and coordinating aspects of recreational and community activities.
Documentation of events, including program planning, tracking of participants, evaluation of events.
Developing therapeutic relationships.
Household duties: cooking and cleaning, other duties as assigned.

Education/Experience:
Bachelor's degree or equivalent, and related experience.
