We are looking for an enthusiastic and business savvy individual to represent Federated Co-operatives Limited (FCL) as an
Independent Operator of multi-site Gas Bar/Restaurant locations in Wainwright and Lloydminster.

In this role, you will oversee the operations of these locations while employing and managing your own team of people.

Who you are:

You are a hands-on individual who is committed to service and has the required leadership skills to manage a successful gas bar & restaurant business.

This will be achieved by having a strong business acumen, drive for results and the ability to develop and train exceptional staff.

What you'll bring to the business:

An unequalled commitment to safety and adhering to government policies and regulations.
Familiarity with gas bar, fuel management, and food service practices, and retail store management experience.
An ability to manage your own team at one or more locations and demonstrate a passion for training, mentoring, and developing staff to high standards.
Experience in inventory control, planograms, and merchandising.
A strong commitment to providing excellent customer service with a focus on exceeding customers expectations.
A willingness to be an active member of the community where your business operates.
Proficiency in English.

Your earnings potential will depend on several factors:

Size and volume of site or multi site portfolio
Convenience store sales
Your business knowledge including interpreting and understanding financial statements, monitoring margins, and price management.
Restaurant and car wash revenue
Your performance and customer service skills

Your investment will be in:

Convenience store inventory
Working capital with a minimum investment of $100k which will vary based on the factors above, and a letter of credit.
