Responsibilities:

Oversee our Landscape Maintenance Division and our Snow Removal Program
Able to oversee multiple landscaping crews at various locations
Service company's clientele with a customer first always attitude
Flexibility required to accommodate daily and seasonal business needs
Ability to motivate employees and provide a positive work environment
Orientation and training of new personnel when required
Experience with
snow removal operations in a commercial setting
Ability to handle the operation, scheduling and dispatching of employees and company equipment during all four seasons
Ability to identify training opportunities and areas of improvement among the team
Ensure employees adhere to company policies and procedures
Ability to provide landscape maintenance quotations
Attend meetings, and site walks with clients (as required)
Always working in an ethical manner
Other duties as required

Requirements:

Minimum
5 years of experience as a Supervisor in a Commercial Landscape Operations/Maintenance position

Operational Landscape Maintenance and snow removal knowledge and experience for a large team is a must:

Knowledge of proper equipment maintenance protocol, submit work requests as required
Ability to be diplomatic and skilled with negotiations to handle various situations
G License and clean drivers abstract required
Exceptional communication skills verbal and written
Attention to detail and a high degree of accuracy required
Strong work ethic reliable and punctual
Able to assume responsibility and have a flexible teamplayer attitude
Previous experience operating maintenance equipment

Pay is commensurate to experience.
