The Superintendent will be responsible for supervising the day-to-day operations of the construction department. The Superintendent will also be responsible for ensuring that all construction projects are completed to specifications and to budget. The Superintendent will also be responsible for ensuring that all employees are following the work order process and procedures. The Superintendent will also be responsible for ensuring that all work is documented in the company's internal software.

Requirements:

Minimum 5 years' experience in construction supervisory duties. This includes project management, estimating, and design.
Bachelor's degree in construction management or related field preferred. Construction supervisory experience is not required but required.
Must have a valid driver's license with a good driving record. Must have a clean driving record. Must have a positive driving record with a minimum of 3 years' experience driving company vehicles (box truck, 18wheeler). Must have a basic understanding of construction methods, equipment operation, and general construction principles. Ability to read plans, specifications, and drawings is required. Ability to write reports and correspondence is required. Ability to read blueprints is required. Ability to write correspondence is required.
Must have basic computer skills (Microsoft Office) and be able to use the company's internal software: "Construction Software" (Construction Software).
Must be willing to work overtime as needed.
