Member Service Representative

Temporary - 10 months, Full Time

We are seeking a highly motivated individual with exceptional interpersonal skills to join our team as a Member Service Representative (MSR).


This is a temporary full-time contract until February 25, 2025. The individual we are seeking should be local or within a reasonable commute to Weyburn, SK.
As an MSR, you will be an integral part of the 'Frontline' and to the success of the WCU.

Under the supervision of the Member Service Rep Supervisor, the MSR will process routine teller/cash transactions, respond to general inquiries and concerns, and recommend the appropriate financial products to assist members.

You will deliver exceptional member service and provide solutions to meet out members' financial goals and needs.


The salary for the position is $22.76 per hour.

Your Spark:


  • Minimum grade 12 education.
  • Sales and service experience in the financial services industry is preferred.
  • Ability to recognize crossselling opportunities.
  • Must have excellent communication and strong interpersonal, and problemsolving skills.
  • Proven success working in a collaborative and team environment.
  • Demonstrated commitment to ongoing professional development.
  • Strong commitment to provide high quality member sales and service.

Job Types:
Full-time, Fixed term contract

Contract length: 10 months


Pay:
From $22.76 per hour

Expected hours: 37.5 per week
