Are you passionate about the food and hospitality industry? Do you possess excellent leadership and organizational skills? We are currently seeking a dedicated and experienced Manager to join our team at Gino's Fired Up Kitchen.

As a manager, you will have the opportunity to shape the dining experience and lead a team to provide exceptional service and culinary delights to our valued guests.


Responsibilities:


  • Oversee all aspects of the restaurant's daily operations, ensuring smooth and efficient functioning.
  • Create and maintain a positive and welcoming atmosphere for guests and staff.
  • Train, motivate, and lead a team of frontofhouse and backofhouse staff to deliver exceptional service and maintain high standards of food quality.
  • Develop and implement strategies to optimize the restaurant's profitability and meet financial goals.
  • Monitor and control costs, including food and beverage inventory, labor, and operating expenses.
  • Uphold and enforce health and safety standards, ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations.
  • Handle customer feedback, resolve complaints, and address any issues that arise promptly and professionally.
  • Conduct regular staff performance evaluations, provide feedback, and implement training and development programs as needed.

Requirements:


  • Proven work experience as a manager or in a similar role, demonstrating success in managing a restaurant operation.
  • Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a diverse team.
  • Excellent problemsolving abilities and the capacity to make quick, informed decisions.
  • Exceptional customer service skills, with a genuine passion for providing an outstanding dining experience.
  • Indepth knowledge of restaurant operations, including food and beverage service, inventory management, and financial analysis.
  • Familiarity with industry trends and best practices, with a focus on maintaining a competitive edge.
  • Solid understanding of health and safety regulations and the ability to enforce them effectively.
  • Outstanding communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

  • 10 hour shift
  • 12 hour shift
  • 8 hour shift
  • Day shift
  • Evening shift
  • Holidays
  • Night shift
  • Weekends as needed
