As a manager, you will have the opportunity to shape the dining experience and lead a team to provide exceptional service and culinary delights to our valued guests.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee all aspects of the restaurant's daily operations, ensuring smooth and efficient functioning.
- Create and maintain a positive and welcoming atmosphere for guests and staff.
- Train, motivate, and lead a team of frontofhouse and backofhouse staff to deliver exceptional service and maintain high standards of food quality.
- Develop and implement strategies to optimize the restaurant's profitability and meet financial goals.
- Monitor and control costs, including food and beverage inventory, labor, and operating expenses.
- Uphold and enforce health and safety standards, ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations.
- Handle customer feedback, resolve complaints, and address any issues that arise promptly and professionally.
- Conduct regular staff performance evaluations, provide feedback, and implement training and development programs as needed.
Requirements:
- Proven work experience as a manager or in a similar role, demonstrating success in managing a restaurant operation.
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a diverse team.
- Excellent problemsolving abilities and the capacity to make quick, informed decisions.
- Exceptional customer service skills, with a genuine passion for providing an outstanding dining experience.
- Indepth knowledge of restaurant operations, including food and beverage service, inventory management, and financial analysis.
- Familiarity with industry trends and best practices, with a focus on maintaining a competitive edge.
- Solid understanding of health and safety regulations and the ability to enforce them effectively.
- Outstanding communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

- 12 hour shift
- 8 hour shift
- Day shift
- Evening shift
- Holidays
- Night shift
- Weekends as needed
