Join the People & Culture team on an exciting journey to transform the way we leverage Workday to empower and enable our employees and managers.

Reporting to the Sr.

Manager of People Analytics within the People & Culture (P&C) team, the Workday Reporting Specialist will join the team on an exciting journey to unlock Workday's reporting & analytical capabilities across the organization.

More specifically, this role will play an integral part in providing data insights to leaders across the organization with reporting and dashboarding solutions through Workday and other data visualization tools.

Discovery Boards & Dashboards


_This position can be located in Ottawa, Montreal, Toronto or Vancouver and travel may be required. Please note that this is a hybrid role._

Responsibilities:


  • Work collaboratively with other team members and stakeholders throughout the organization to define their business requirements for reports, then build, test and deploy.
  • Develop, test, and deploy Workday reports for all Workday modules (Absence, Benefits, Compensation, HCM, Time Tracking).
  • Build dashboards & discovery boards.
  • Identify areas of opportunity to consolidate and streamline reports.
  • Troubleshoot performance, security and data quality issues.
  • Support the creation/transition of reports and dashboard from legacy systems/tools into Workday.
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field and/or equivalent experience.
  • Indepth knowledge of Discovery Boards
  • 2+ years of progressive experience working directly with Workday and/or equivalent experience
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Innovative thinking, clear analytical and problemsolving skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Must be able to explain technology concepts and issues in a manner that business partners understand.
  • Bilingual: French and English is an asset.
