Description

• Conduct intake interviews with clients to assess their needs and determine eligibility for services
• Develop and implement case plans to address clients' needs and goals
• Provide counseling and support to clients to help them overcome challenges and achieve positive outcomes
• Collaborate with other service providers and community resources to coordinate services for clients
• Maintain accurate and uptodate case files and documentation
• Monitor client progress and make necessary adjustments to case plans as needed
• Advocate for clients' rights and ensure they have access to necessary resources and support
• Attend meetings, trainings, and workshops to enhance professional knowledge and skills

• Onsite parking
