We are looking for caring and enthusiastic individuals to join a progressive non-profit organization as a Specialized Children & Youth Case Manager in a full-time position working in AbbotsfordResponsibilities
- Collaborate with service recipients family members advocates stakeholders professionals and personnel to ensure individual care plans are developed and implemented in a timely manner.
- Monitor authorize and allocate program expenditures within the operating budget Assist senior management in preparing budgets Prepare and maintain related documentation including Residential Expense Reports.
- Liaise with community members government organizations families officials professionals and organization staff to promote community involvement in the program.
