    Job Description

    Job Summary

    Responsible for all company deliveries and pick-ups, shipping/receiving and various warehouse duties as needed. This position is responsible for daily mail drops to the post office.

    Essential Functions and Responsibilities

    · Company Deliveries

    · Making deliveries to clients and in support of company needs

    · Daily mail pick ups

    · Post Office drops for various clients.

    · Deals with Postal Employees

    · Tracks and ensures postal paperwork is handled properly

    · Makes sure adequate postal supplies are on hand.

    · Shipping/Receiving Operations

    · Participates in preparing shipments via FedEx

    · Helps in receiving and recording and inventorying shipments and distributing packages and samples needed.

    · Assist with facilities maintenance as needed

    · Warehouse Duties and Responsibilities

    · Stages material as needed making inventory adjustments

    · Assists in restock of unused material

    · Involved in basic upkeep such as removing trash and sweeping the floor.

    · Acts in accordance with the organization's information security HR and corporate policies.

    · Protects assets from unauthorized access, disclosure, modification, destruction or interference.

    · Reports security events or potential events or other security risks to the organization.

    · Other tasks duties and responsibilities as assigned.

    Key Skills

    · The ability to lift/push/pull 50 lbs

    · Good time management skills

    · Good oral communication skills

    . Running high speed scanner equipment

    · Basic Computer Skills

    · The ability to use the appropriate programs such as Fedex and the internal inventory program

    Minimum Qualifications

    .Valid Drivers license

    .Clean MVD record
