Position Overview:

Key Responsibilities:

Decorate a wide variety of cakes and pastries with precision and creativity.
Collaborate with our pastry chefs to design and execute custom cake orders.
Ensure all decorations and finishes meet quality and food safety standards.
Assist in the development of new and seasonal designs to enhance our product range.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the decorating station and tools.

Qualifications:

Proven experience as a Cake Decorator or Pastry Chef with a strong portfolio of work.
Proficiency in various cake decorating techniques and styles.
Ability to work with fondant, buttercream, and chocolate, and to create detailed sugar work and edible decorations.
Knowledge of allergenfriendly decorating practices is preferred.
Excellent time management and organizational skills.
Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
Culinary arts or pastry arts training is an asset.
