About the Position:


Durham College is seeking an experienced Executive Assistant to provide senior-level support in the Office of the Executive Vice President, Academic.

Reporting to the Associate Vice President, Academic (Administration), the incumbent will undertake activities in support of strategic and operational goals; manage relationships across offices within the college and with external stakeholders; provide office reception duties; and support daily operations in the Office of the Executive Vice President, Academic.

The incumbent will be proactive, anticipating the needs of and taking action to manage multiple priorities. The incumbent will approach their work with a professional attitude and focused attention to detail.

Acting as an initial point of contact for the office, the incumbent will assess and respond to a wide range of issues, both general and confidential in nature, and be comfortable working outside of regular office hours to support college business and initiatives, including evenings and weekends.
