What is the opportunity?
The RBC Dominion Securities branch located in the community of Yorkville, Toronto, is looking for an Associate to support an advisory team.
You will provide quality client service and administrative support to onboard new clients and help deepen relationships with existing clients.
What tasks you can expect
- Coordinate and prepare meetings for Advisors with their clients/prospects
- Liaise with various departments to best support client needs
- Respond timely to client inquiries (account transactions, requests account documentation, account reporting, etc.).
- Assist the Advisor team with client onboarding
- Help manage incoming communications from clients, Advisors and other internal and external partners
- Manage timelines and key dates for client accounts
- Ensure accurate updates of all necessary documentation in compliance with internal controls and industry regulatory requirements
- Help update team's communication channels: websites, LinkedIn, brochures, newsletters.

- High level of time management and organization skills
- The ability and willingness to take initiative
Nice-to-have
- Completion of the Canadian Securities Course (CSC) and Conduct & Practices Handbook (CPH)
- Experience in the securities industry is an asset
