Product Manager - Marketplace

Are you a self-motivated and driven product enthusiast looking for a new and exciting opportunity?

The technology product groups at Best Buy are growing, and we are looking for a product manager to join our marketplace product team.

This product manager will guide our marketplace seller experience with our marketplace operations, digital operations stakeholders, and third-party partners to offer leading capabilities to our third-party sellers who operate on our marketplace platform.

We practice a remote first working model, leveraging in person interactions at our head office, in beautiful Vancouver, BC, for strategic, collaborative and social purposes.

What you'll do:

Guide a crossfunctional team that builds experiences for our Marketplace Sellers.
Build a culture of product enthusiasts, driving strategy and providing vision and direction to an agile team.
Meet with crossfunctional internal stakeholders to obtain a thorough understanding of how changes to your product impact their operations, collect data, and obtain ideas for making your product better.

What we are looking for:

Experience driving large scale initiatives to successful outcomes.
Familiarity working in an agile software development environment.
Demonstrated ability to discuss, understand, and simplify technical concepts.
13 years' experience as a Product Manager.
Experience with ecommerce technology and 3rd party marketplace platforms is a plus for this role.
