In Your Role You Will

  • Create, import and/or export regular/ad hoc reports from internal databases (Ex. HR metrics, compensation, external stakeholder data reporting).
  • Create system user roles and/or manage HR access permissions.
  • Conduct training on HRIS system functionality and updates.
  • Facilitate implementation of HRIS system improvements and/or other HR connected systems as identified.
  • Ensure compliance with data protection regulations.
  • Assist in managing relationships with HRIS technology vendors.
  • Automate deployments and system recovery remediation actions where possible.
The Position
Help pave the best path forward by translating business requirements into workable business solutions


Seeking a collaborative, client-focused and solutions-oriented service provider/contractor to maintain/improve the effective operation of HR/payroll/scheduling software/data storage systems; collaborate with stakeholders to advise, deploy, upgrade, fix, test and monitor HRIM business systems.

Criminal Record Check/Ministry Check Statement

  • Prior to confirmation of employment all applicants must provide a current (dated within 6 months of hiring date) Criminal Record Check and Ministry Check. These checks can take up to 6 weeks to obtain, please ensure you prepare accordingly.
  • Extensive working experience with Ceridian/Dayforce systems.
  • 3+ years experience with Human Capital Management (HCM), HRIS technology, HR Software/databases.
  • Degree in IT (Information Technology) or relevant field.
  • Human Resources Diploma an asset.
  • Consultancy skills (Guide customers/stakeholders, be accountable, follow project methodology, demonstrate agility and deliver technical solutions)
  • Excellent analytical, logical reasoning and reporting skills.
  • Knowledge of HR reporting, labour legislation and data protection regulations, organizational HR goals and objectives.
