About the Role


The Manager, Digital Product Owner will be responsible for the development, management, and cross-functional prioritization of the B2C and B2B digital roadmaps.

The Manager, Digital Product Owner will be a Subject Matter Expert for both platforms' digital experience.

About Your Day

  • Develop a deep understanding of our business, customers' needs and journeys, and how it interacts with our technology.
  • Cobuild and oversee the execution of the digital product strategy and roadmap for both platforms (i.e. B2C and B2B), working crossfunctionally to sequence and prioritize
  • Colead creation of a prioritized development backlog for both platforms and contribute to the requirements gathering and execution of all deliverables needed to support it.
  • Work closely with customer experience, design, retail, development team and external partners to build and deliver your digital roadmap for both platforms
  • Leverage data and insights from licensed retailers, customers, internal teams, and platform analytics to ensure roadmap is rooted in substantiated customers' needs.
  • Develop and constantly iterate on a digital scorecard to track, prioritize, and communicate potential development on both platforms.
  • Every day will bring collaboration with your partners across customer experience, technology, design, business, marketing, customer service, analytics, and operations to define solutions for both our digital platforms' roadmaps.
  • Support with conducting user testing, interviews, and usability testing to ensure any updates or changes satisfy customer needs and wants
  • Oversee product delivery phases in close collaboration with senior manager/management and primary stakeholders
  • Weekly & monthly business reviews, reporting on roadmap progress, and product KPIs
About You

  • 3+ years of experience as a Product Manager or Owner, ideally focused on customerfacing platforms in retail or transactional environment
  • You're an experienced product manager or owner with a proven track record with direct experience working with developers and designers.
  • An eye for great UX/UI and good understanding of design best practices
  • Experience leading product development from zero to first release and beyond
  • You are always driving to the big picture, even while worrying about the finer details.
  • Excels at ruthless prioritization— there is no shortage of exciting features, projects, and enhancements we want, so focus is vital to our execution.
  • You are obsessively customer centric. It is a primary consideration in all of your thinking and prioritizations perhaps even to a fault
  • Strong organizational and time management capabilities
  • Ability to work effectively on technical topics and interface with engineers
  • Ability to facilitate efficient decision making and compromise
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to work cross functionally in a fastpaced environment
