Toptable is a rapidly growing hospitality company with a current portfolio of 12 restaurants operating both locally and in the US.

***: Supporting the Hospitality IT Division for CSE and Toptable Group, the IT Analyst, Hospitality Technology will be the first person for support within the hospitality division, including answering calls, installing, and maintaining integrations, and assisting with implementation. The incumbent will work with the Manager, IT Hospitality Technology on planning and budgeting for the department. This hands-on role will develop and execute creative strategies for cost-effective technology service delivery and will be accountable for the effective management of all related vendor partnerships.


This role will focus on:

  • Liaise and communicate effectively with all appropriate operational departments to identify and analyze problems
  • Translate business needs into technical documentation to be used by the Hospitality Technology team
  • Ensure project deliverables meet business specifications
  • Participate in project planning, management, and execution to ensure successful delivery of Hospitality Technology projects
  • Present business recommendations and technical functional specifications
  • Maintain internal documentation system
  • Assist Hospitality Technology team on support cases

YOU HAVE:


  • Postsecondary degree or diploma in a technology or businessrelated discipline
  • Two years of experience in related roles within the hospitality and/or retail industry
  • Knowledge of PointofSale systems, payment processing software, and retail software
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to effectively translate complex technology concepts into accessible business terms and interact in a professional and friendly manner with end users at all levels
  • Ability to thrive in a fastpaced, teamoriented environment
  • Highly organized and detailed, with the ability to balance priorities and multitask
  • Solid problem solving and troubleshooting skills coupled with a willingness to learn
  • Possess a valid driver's license and vehicle
  • Ability to work flexible, extended hours, as required
