Shared Health ) has an opportunity for an Executive Assistant to support the strategic communications team.

Position Overview:

Demonstrate a commitment to our organizational vision, mission and values.
Maintain records of attendance and payroll documentation for all employees within the portfolio and monitor office supplies and equipment as well as employee onboarding details.
Coordinate meetings with clear agendas and action items and facilitate French language translation for departmentaldeveloped materials.
Edit documents with clear English/Canadian grammar, spelling and punctuation.
Take the initiative to respond to general requests and be an active participant in the continuous improvement of tools, processes and systems.
Be a positive and energetic team contributor making valued contributions to the work of the team and as a member of the broader administrative team.

A minimum of 5 years of previous experience in a senior administrative position and a minimum typing speed of 60 wpm are required.

Experience with SAP, SuccessFactors and knowledge of the health system are assets.

This position will require a flexible approach to working from home and in the office in downtown Winnipeg to meet client expectations and deliver or exceed customer service commitments.
