Shared Health ) has an opportunity for an Executive Assistant to support the strategic communications team.


Position Overview:


  • Demonstrate a commitment to our organizational vision, mission and values.
  • Maintain records of attendance and payroll documentation for all employees within the portfolio and monitor office supplies and equipment as well as employee onboarding details.
  • Coordinate meetings with clear agendas and action items and facilitate French language translation for departmentaldeveloped materials.
  • Edit documents with clear English/Canadian grammar, spelling and punctuation.
  • Take the initiative to respond to general requests and be an active participant in the continuous improvement of tools, processes and systems.
  • Be a positive and energetic team contributor making valued contributions to the work of the team and as a member of the broader administrative team.


A minimum of 5 years of previous experience in a senior administrative position and a minimum typing speed of 60 wpm are required.

Experience with SAP, SuccessFactors and knowledge of the health system are assets.

This position will require a flexible approach to working from home and in the office in downtown Winnipeg to meet client expectations and deliver or exceed customer service commitments.
