Description
We are a four season landscape company located in Dunrobin. We work throughtout the city of Ottawa, specifcially the west end. We have been around since 1974.

Spring cleanup will be commencing by the end of March if weather persists. After spring clean up comes grounds maintenance at all of our sites.

We DO offer winter work and the ability to advance within the company. DZ license etc.

  • Supervise and lead a team of landscape workers to ensure efficient and highquality work
  • Execute weekly grass cutting and general grounds maintenance throughout the city
  • Oversee the operation and maintenance of landscape equipment and tools
  • Collaborate with clients to understand their landscaping needs and provide recommendations
  • Monitor project progress and ensure adherence to timelines and budget
  • Train and mentor team members on proper landscaping techniques and safety protocols
  • Perform handson landscaping tasks as needed

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in landscape maintenance or construction
  • Proven experience in building and maintaining landscapes, including planting, pruning, and grass maintenance
  • Previous experience in supervising a team of landscapers
  • Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire team members
  • Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with clients, team members, and vendors
We offer competitive pay based on experience.


Salary:
$27.00-$32.00 per hour
