Description
As a Client Onboarding Specialist, you will be responsible for onboarding new clients onto the company's management platforms and deploying new company tools and standard configurations to existing clients.
You will also support the managed teams in completing projects by performing assigned tasks.In this role, it is important to maintain a high level of knowledge of the company's suite of products, tools, and services required for client management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Engage clients both remotely via phone and onsite at their locations during the initial onboarding process
- Deploy all company management and monitoring tools
- Understand the impact and challenges associated with the deployment of all tools and be able to identify problems ahead of time to prevent performance problems and downtime
- Identify unrelated IT issues while visiting clients and communicate with the client's service team
- Create and maintain (update) standard client onboarding/offboarding documentation, as well as documentation pertaining to client hardware assets and technical configurations.
- Execute assigned PC, server, and network device builds as assigned by the project team
Typical week:
- 65% client onboarding
- 10% client SOP review
- 10% project tasks
- 5% service desk backlog help
- 5% internal meetings and project updates
- 5% training & education
Requirements:
- Strong technical skills and experience with a variety of hardware and software systems
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
- Adaptable in the moment, and able to shift priorities as required,
- Keen attention to detail and strong problemsolving skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Previous experience in an IT support or technical support role is a plus
- Customer service focused, and personable/friendly.

From $60,000.00 per year
