- Greet visitors and clients in a friendly and professional manner, directing them appropriately.
- Process vendor invoices accurately and efficiently in accordance with company policies and procedures.
- Reconcile vendor statements and address any outstanding balances or discrepancies
- Maintain organized electronic and physical filing systems for accounts payable documentation.
- Supporting financial team
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- 3-5 years of experience in a similar role
- Proficiency in Microsoft office Suite
- Ability to communicate clearly and professionally, ensuring effective communication with team members, clients, and visitors.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
- Ability to be self-motivated and work well within a team environment.
- Post secondary education in administration, accounting or finance.
