Job Requirements:

  • Provide exceptional customer service to all hotel guests, making their stay as comfortable and accommodating as possible while achieving team and brand goals-
  • Thoroughly clean assigned rooms-
  • Take the initiative to offer friendly assistance or answer questions from our guests-
  • Thoroughly understand and implement brand service culture-
  • Perform all shift checklist responsibilities-
  • Able to work independently-
  • Must adhere to grooming and uniform standards-
  • Must adhere to all safety guidelines when using cleaning materials-
  • Ability to lift 30 pounds-
  • Ability to bend, push, pull, kneel, lift and stand for extended periods-
  • Perform other duties as required
