This role sits within LBC Capital, a subsidiary of Laurentian Bank Financial Group.
The mission of LBC Capital is to support business productivity by facilitating the acquisition, sale and refinancing of equipment. To do so, we partner with manufacturers, distributors, retailers, equipment users and the various financial players in the market. Responsibilities

  • Working closely with our Account Executives, Vendor partners and Clients across Canada, you will be responsible to onboard transactions from the creation of legal documentation to the finalization of funding.
  • Communicate with Vendor/Indirect Dealer/Customer and work closely with internal teams (Sales, Credit, Legal and Operations) to gain a thorough understanding of the transaction while ensuring compliance to company policies.
  • Prepare complete documentation packages as required (lease, conditional sales contract, loan) and followup with all parties to obtain proper documents and correct deficiencies.
  • Populate and ensure data within our system accurately reflects the legal documentation.
  • Communicate directly with dealers, insurers, financial institutions when required.
  • Ensure that conditions precedent to funding are met from both a credit and documentation perspective.

Qualifications

  • Possesses a high capacity for communication, analysis and a flair for understanding business issues proactively and how to translate these into resultsoriented solutions.
  • Focuses on continuous improvement with a strong attention to detail.
  • Can think outside the box and creatively manage stressful daytoday tasks and deadlines.
  • Balances autonomy and collaboration with customers and departments within the organization.
  • Ability to manage multiple transactions and priorities in a changing work environment.
  • University degree or 2 years of experience preferred
  • Bilingual (French/English) is preferred* "
