Job Description:


In this role you will:


  • Be responsible for full account management of our meta, TikTok and related accounts.
  • Develop and execute paid advertising campaigns that align with our brand's overall marketing strategy.
  • Analyze campaign data and provide actionable insights to optimize performance and maximize ROI.
  • Create and manage ad creative across both social platforms, ensuring brand consistency and messaging.
  • Stay uptodate on social media trends and changes to ensure our campaigns are always current and effective.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure social campaigns are aligned with overall marketing initiatives.
  • Continuously monitor and adjust budgets to ensure optimal campaign performance.

Qualifications:


The qualifications and experience we like to see:

  • 1-2 years of experience in paid social media advertising.
  • Proven track record of success in driving results through social media advertising campaigns.
  • Strong critical thinking and analytical skills, with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong project management and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fastpaced environment.
  • Experience with meta and TikTok advertising platforms is strongly preferred.
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, or a related field is preferred.
