The Office Coordinator position's hours are flexible (either full-time or part-time) between the hours of 8:00 AM and 5:00 PM, Monday to Friday, and is based in our Whistler office.

The Office Coordinator will liaise with technicians and clients to handle a range of administrative duties and provide support where needed.


Main Duties and Responsibilities

  • Assist the Fire Services department Lead Hand with upcoming project sourcing, client follow up, invoicing, and engineering requests
  • Review, organize and schedule technicians to be efficient each work day
  • Manage inventory and stock levels for technician supplies and tools
  • General office admin duties, not limited to filing, stationary ordering and tracking of Business License & Company Insurance documents and expiry.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 2 years' experience in a similar role/related field
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office
  • Word, Excel, Outlook
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Possess the ability to perform a broad range of simultaneous duties and prioritize tasks
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and use discretion in handling sensitive information
  • Ability to work effectively in both independent and team settings
  • Knowledge of the construction industry and current development areas within the Sea to Sky corridor is considered an asset

Wage:
Dependent on experience

$20.00-$23.00 per hour
