    About the role:

    Reporting to the VP of Marketing, the Marketing Coordinator will be pivotal in supporting our marketing operations. You'll have an opportunity to coordinate our weekly and monthly product curation, administer our ambassador and influencer program, assist in weekly email production, and work on ad hoc projects.

    We're really excited about this role, as it's multi-faceted and spans the full range of marketing. Our successful candidate should be a self starter with strong organization skills and an excellent eye for detail, a love of design, and experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

    As a Marketing Coordinator, you'll be responsible for:

    • Owning projects and keeping your team members well-informed about upcoming deliverables on a regular basis.
    • Managing tasks that support weekly marketing operations, such as product curation and merchandising for our campaigns and initiatives.
    • Collaborating with our Brand Content Strategist in coordinating our social channels, ambassador programs, influencer communications, and content management (including building and staging blog articles).
    • Supporting our Email Marketing Manager in weekly email production and QA.
    • Supporting digital marketing campaigns and other projects as they arise.

    We're looking for:

    • 2+ years of experience in digital marketing, project management, eCommerce, or other relevant fields.
    • Strong project management skills - you're known as the organizer amongst your friends and colleagues, with a natural ability to stay on top of tasks.
    • Previous experience working cross-functionally across other teams.
    • Stellar attention-to-detail that keeps anything from slipping through the cracks.
    • A friendly and professional demeanour that comes across in your communications.
    • Excellent prioritization, especially when faced with multiple deadlines, and the ability to manage your workload effectively.
    • A desire to roll up your sleeves, learn, and apply yourself to unique challenges.
    • An eye for beautiful design.
    • Previous experience with Wordpress, HTML, and/or project management applications is a bonus
