Description

We are a small business in the general contracting business. We have been providing renovation supplies and services to our customers since and have expanded and grown ever since. We would like for you to join us in continuing our growth

Hours are Mon-Friday (7:30am-6pm)

Sat (8:30am-5pm) - 61hrs/week

Responsibilities are (but not limited to):

Creating a welcoming environment to all staff and customers
Assist in executing and managing operations (sales, inventory, scheduling driver pickups, etc.)
Sales: quoting customer on flooring, vanities, shower doors, etc. based on set strategies / operation of Point of Sale (POS) system to ring up sales + more / ensuring documentation of sales are processed correctly
Scheduling: Strategically schedule our driver pickups to fulfill customer orders on time

Requirements are:

- previous experience using POS system, ringing up sales, returns, handling cash, using shortcuts for items, etc.
- able to speak English fluently (Bonus if you can speak Cantonese, Mandarin, Vietnamese, or any other language)
- previous experience in Retail / Warehousing would be an asset
- able to drive a forklift is an asset
- familiarity with general contracting materials (ex. Baseboard, Molding, Laminate, Vinyl, Tiles, Shower Doors, Shoe-mold, Casing, etc.) would be an asset.

End of year bonuses

Salary:
$21.00-$26.00 per hour

Schedule:
