Job Description:


General Responsibility:


The Residential Site Manager will be responsible for the overall maintenance services defined in the contract including all administrative and organizational obligations.

The Residential Site Manager has the overall responsibility to plan and coordinate all maintenance activities to be carried out, changes to the procedures, or any other maintenance and administrative problems.

The Residential Site Manager will be the primary contact to the Customer and BEUMER Group.


Responsibilities:


  • Interpret vision and strategy into effective plans and communicate these to others
  • Make objective highquality decisions
  • Develop, inspire, and motivate the Residential Service Team
  • Retain accountability for results when delegating
  • Maintain a strong focus on desired results
  • Organize resources so that plans are fulfilled or exceeded
  • Manage Residential Service business plan for the region
  • Develop resources
  • Coordinate with maintenance managers worldwide.
  • Continuous Improvement Management
  • Exclusive Reporting internal and external
  • Carry out other assignments as assigned

Qualifications:


Requirements:


  • Mechanical or Electrical Diploma
  • Minimum 3 years of Maintenance Management in Baggage Handling Systems or Material Handling Equipment
  • Ability to obtain and maintain Airside Security Clearance (Security Badge)
  • Financial/Business sense
  • Strategy insight and comprehension
  • Comprehension of values and strong leadership competencies
  • Excellent verbal and written communications skills
  • Six Sigma philosophy
  • CMMS knowledge
  • Advanced proficiency with MS Office (Word, Outlook, Excel, MS Project)
