The part-time Sales & Marketing Customer Service Associate position will interest anyone looking for a flexible part-time position within the travel industry.

This role is instrumental in responding to customer inquiries relating to the reservation process or loyalty program.

Working in a supportive team environment, this position is directly responsible for:

  • Tracking inquiries and logging tickets
  • Other related duties may include conducting background sales research, liaising between field sales representatives and internal operations personnel, and assisting sales and marketing personnel on projects and assignments

Skills & Requirements:

  • Minimum of 3 years experience in a sales support or marketing role
  • An undergraduate degree or college diploma
  • Excellent verbal communication and professional English writing skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Suite including Excel, Word, Outlook
  • Organized with attention to detail
  • An ability to prioritize and react quickly to a busy, changing environment
