Refrigeration Specialist

CE is a subsidiary of the largest independent HVAC/R distribution company in the world, Watsco, Inc. CE proudly distributes the Carrier, Bryant and Payne brands of HVAC equipment for the use in Commercial and Residential markets, as well as a fullline of aftermarket parts, supplies, and accessories. CE has 36 locations across Canada. We are currently accepting internal and external applicants for a Refrigeration Specialist._

Area Manager, Eastern Region

Location:
Ottawa, ON

The Opportunity

The person will need to have strong refrigeration and compressor knowledge to be able to provide expert customer service to our refrigeration/compressor customers at the branch.

Strong refrigeration and compressor knowledge to be able to provide expert customer service to our refrigeration/compressor customers at the branch or across the region.
Work with sales and marketing to create excitement around new refrigeration focus around refrigeration /compressor products.
Work with Refrigeration Account manager and Inventory planning to ensure proper product selection available across the region
Handle customer and WWGTotaline counter associates calls and inquiries for quotations and product information
Process customer orders and work to bring Refrigeration customers on Ecommerce format.

Skills and Behaviours

Minimum 5 years of Refrigeration Sales experience in the HVACR industry
Expert refrigeration skills
Postsecondary education in HVAC
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Positive attitude and customer service oriented
Strong communication skills
