Alliance Door Products of
St. Thomas, ON has an immediate opening for an experienced
hands-on
Warehouse Lead. In this role you will be responsible for leading the shipping team while physically working and setting the pace. Duties include but not limited to, training and developing the team, ensuring daily orders are picked, packed, and staged, all bins are stocked, all inbound/outbound shipments are loaded/unloaded, customer pickup orders are loaded in a timely manner and filling job roles of key missing employee's due to vacations, sick calls and leave of absences.
This warehouse position works
Monday to Friday from
7:30am to 4:00pm. Hourly wage is dependent on experience.

REQUIREMENTS FOR A WAREHOUSE LEAD
- Two or more years of leadership experience in a warehouse environment
- Forklift experience and certification
a must: - Strong attention to accuracy, detail, and organization
- Driven to consistently provide exceptional service and support to customers
- Ability to address stressful situations in a calm, respectful, positive, and productive manner
- Excellent communication skills with individuals and groups/teams
- Ability to efficiently learn and master product information, processes, procedures, and information systems
- Ability to work efficiently and effectively with little supervision and frequent interruptions
- Proficient with computers and programs including Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel)
