Duties:
- Oversee and manage construction projects from start to finish
- Develop and maintain project schedules, ensuring that all tasks are completed on time
- Coordinate with architects, engineers, and subcontractors to ensure project specifications are met
- Review and interpret blueprints and schematics to ensure accurate implementation of design plans
- Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to stakeholders
- Manage project budget and ensure costeffective resource allocation
- Conduct regular site visits to ensure quality control and adherence to safety regulations
- Resolve any issues or conflicts that arise during construction
- Prepare and submit progress reports to clients and upper management
Skills:
- Strong leadership abilities with the ability to effectively manage a team
- Excellent time management skills to meet project deadlines
- Proficient in blueprint reading and interpreting schematics
- Solid understanding of construction processes, materials, and techniques
- Strong communication skills to effectively collaborate with various stakeholders
- Detailoriented with a focus on quality control and attention to detail
- Problemsolving skills to address any issues or conflicts that may arise during construction projects
