Duties:


  • Oversee and manage construction projects from start to finish
  • Develop and maintain project schedules, ensuring that all tasks are completed on time
  • Coordinate with architects, engineers, and subcontractors to ensure project specifications are met
  • Review and interpret blueprints and schematics to ensure accurate implementation of design plans
  • Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to stakeholders
  • Manage project budget and ensure costeffective resource allocation
  • Conduct regular site visits to ensure quality control and adherence to safety regulations
  • Resolve any issues or conflicts that arise during construction
  • Prepare and submit progress reports to clients and upper management

Skills:


  • Strong leadership abilities with the ability to effectively manage a team
  • Excellent time management skills to meet project deadlines
  • Proficient in blueprint reading and interpreting schematics
  • Solid understanding of construction processes, materials, and techniques
  • Strong communication skills to effectively collaborate with various stakeholders
  • Detailoriented with a focus on quality control and attention to detail
  • Problemsolving skills to address any issues or conflicts that may arise during construction projects
