**Company Profile: Young's Equipment Inc., Southern Saskatchewan's largest Case IH agricultural equipment dealer is looking for a full-time Jr. Service Advisor to join our team in Regina. We focus on delivering exceptional customer service to a thriving agricultural community across our nine locations. Well-established and family owned, Young's Equipment is continually growing.

The Role You Will Play:

Work in a team atmosphere with other service advisors, technicians, and warranty staff;
Opening, processing, and closing work orders;
Adjust time on work orders and add segments as needed;
Answer telephone for the service department; contact customers with estimated costs for repairs and make arrangements for payment of work orders;
Troubleshooting customer issues over the phone;
Assist in preparing technicians daily work in the shop;
Provide backup support for payroll when required.

**Background Profile: - High school diploma;

Exceptional attention to detail;
Good oral and written communication skills;
Strong computer skills (Microsoft Excel, Word) required; knowledge of PFW/CDK business system would be considered an asset;
High degree of mechanical aptitude, or willingness to learn;
Knowledge of the mechanical service industry;
This is an entry level position;
Must work overtime and weekends as scheduled and requested.
