Huron Dental Group encompasses several individually branded dental offices located across Ontario. Huron Dental Group's dental offices offer comprehensive dental services to patients of all ages.

Huron Dental Group is overseen by its own internal management company, providing services such as marketing, bookkeeping, human resources, practice management, and administration.

Huron Dental Group's modern management style allows its leadership team to integrate and work closely with each practice daily.

Qualifications:


  • Experience with Bank and Account Reconciliations
  • Experience with QuickBooks required
  • Experience in monitoring cash flow
  • Comfortable participating in back deposits
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills required
  • Effective time management skills required
  • Excellent organizational skills required
  • Must be proficient with Microsoft Excel.
  • Experience with multiple organizations simultaneously is an asset
Tasks include (but are not limited to)

  • Biweekly, monthly, quarterly and annual accounting activities
  • Reconciliations and bank and credit accounts
  • Preparation of monthly and yearend financial reports.
  • Bank deposits
  • Monitor cash flow
