Technical Recruiter on contract (1 year term) to join our team

Who we're looking for
Working alongside the Director of People and our amazing talent team
- our Technical Recruiter will drive the charge on our technical hires. You will guide the journey to find exceptional BIMMers and propel the business to new heights. Your adventure with the BIMM talent team will include;

  • Owning a 360 recruitment focus on designated roles (Developers, Architects, Product Managers, etc.)
  • Maintaining a high level of data integrity and report recruiting metrics as needed
  • Building processes that will add to the recruitment legacy we started, for years to come
  • Representing the company with integrity and professionalism
  • Being naturally curious you research and like to hunt
  • Bringing a high level of passion, positivity and energy to every touchpoint you have

Requirements:


  • Minimum 5 years of fullcycle technical recruiting experience, ideally in an agency setting or highgrowth environment (startup)
  • Exceptional communication skills (written & verbal)
  • High energy

  • Sales experience
