THE ROLE
This position will be based out of our office in Etobicoke, ON with a hybrid work schedule.

YOUR IMPACT

Lead and manage the full cycle recruitment initiatives across a variety of roles in Sales, Operations and Customer Support
Lead strategic discussions with hiring managers to build teams holistically
Research and analyze current systems; make recommendations to improve workflow and develop new recruitment processes (i.e. New sourcing methods, evaluation tools, advertising strategies, interview processes, CRM)
Build recruitment material such as interview question banks, job descriptions and market research
Participate in organizing and leading recruitment and networking events
Participate in People related projects and work to create seamless processes between Talent and People Operations

THIS IS YOU

Minimum of 3 years of recruitment experience in a dynamic and fast paced environment
Strong working knowledge of Greenhouse or a similar ATS/ CRM
Track record of effectively managing high volume continuous pipelines
Highly organized with a strong attention to detail while still managing multiple priorities
Outstanding written, verbal, and interpersonal communications skills
Selfmotivated, datadriven and collaborative individual
Friendly, energetic and comfortable operating in a dynamic environment
Interest and exposure in People Operations is a valuable asset
