Our Firm
Agentis was originally formed in 2009 as a financial advisory firm.

Agentis Capital Partners ("ACP") now operates as the family office of the founding partners of Agentis, which operates through a number of business segments:

  • Advisory. Agentis Capital Advisors, Agentis Capital Markets, and Agentis Capital Mining Partners are focused on financial advisory and capital markets activities in the mining and infrastructure verticals, where the business overall has advised on more than $30bn of transactions over the last 12 years of operations.
  • Private Markets and Asset Management Services. Agentis currently completes venture investments through its Cambium series of funds and is in the process of launching an energy transition coinvestment fund. Agentis' Asset Management Services group provides services for more than $10bn of assets.
