La Cara Tacos is looking for Food Service Managers

We are looking for someone who is a strong leader, a team player, highly motivated to improve him/herself and the business on a constant basis, responsible, goal oriented, organized, mature, has high standards and most importantly, to be accountable for their actions and performance, and the performance of the team.

We are looking for someone who strives to be professional in every aspect and treats the job, the team members and the customers with the utmost respect.

Tasks

Plan, organize, direct, control and evaluate daily operations
Manage variable expenses
Implement operational procedures
Balance cash and complete balance sheets, cash reports and related forms
Conduct performance reviews
Cost products and services
Enforce provincial/territorial liquor legislation and regulations
Organize and maintain inventory
Monitor revenues and modify procedures and prices
Ensure health and safety regulations are followed
Negotiate arrangements with suppliers for food and other supplies
Negotiate with clients for catering
Participate in marketing plans and implementation
Set staff work schedules and monitor staff performance
Address customers' complaints or concerns
Provide customer service
Recruit, train and supervise staff
