Responsibilities -:


  • Constructs basic insurance policy contracts and invoices in accordance with negotiated terms and conditions, territory requirements and company compliance. Assisting team members to ensure timely processing of underlyer and invoicing.
  • Provides high quality customer service for internal and external client needs. Create master policies and associated documents
  • Responsible for the collection, review and processing of prospect/client locations and values in corporate systems.
  • Maintains client and broker contact information and document distribution instructions.
  • Follows corporate procedures, guidelines and governance for processing of insurance deliverables.

Experience:

At least one year in office environment, preferably within an insurance, finance or other regulatory environment. Combination of education and work experience will be considered.

  • Proficiency in English and French is required. Multiple language skills preferred.

Salary:
$61,000.00-$76,000.00 per year


Schedule:

  • Monday to Friday

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Montréal, QC H3B 4W5: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

Experience:

- insurance policy: 2 years (required)

  • English and French: 2 years (required)
