Your responsibilities:

Prospect and generate leads: Prospecting for new customers from targeted account lists; Answer incoming communications from customers about telecommunication product requests

Conduct sales presentations: Learn how the business phone system works, and propose to potential customers. Conduct research to provide answers for customers to resolve their issues

Understand client needs: Conduct thorough needs assessments and engage in consultative selling to understand clients' unique challenges and provide tailored solutions that align with their business goals.

Collaborate with internal teams: Work closely with the marketing, product, and customer success teams to provide market feedback, share insights, and ensure a seamless transition from sales to implementation.

Meet sales targets: Achieve or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets and KPIs.

  • Perform other duties as required.

Experience and skills required:

  • 1 + years experience in a sales role within a Communications, Information or Technology organization
  • Demonstrated success in a transactional customer acquisition role, including lead generation, prospecting, lead followup, presentation and closing. Sales cycle knowledge is essential;
  • Handling objections and developing positive ROI proof points given strong payback from our offerings
