Description

As the Financial Controller, you will be responsible for overseeing all financial activities of the company and ensuring compliance with accounting standards.

This is a key leadership role that requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to effectively communicate financial information to stakeholders.

• Manage all aspects of the company's financial operations, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, and general ledger
• Perform account analysis and reconciliation to ensure accuracy and integrity of financial data
• Develop and implement financial policies, procedures, and internal controls to safeguard company assets
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in accordance with GAAP
• Conduct budgeting and forecasting activities to support strategic planning and decisionmaking
• Collaborate with department heads to analyze financial performance and provide recommendations for improvement
• Coordinate with external auditors during annual audits and ensure timely completion of audit requirements
• Stay updated on industry trends, regulations, and best practices in finance and accounting

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; CPA designation preferred
• Proven experience as a Financial Controller or similar role
• Indepth knowledge of accounting principles, practices, and regulations
• Proficiency in using accounting software such as Xero, QuickBooks, Sage, etc.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex financial data
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in financial reporting
• Solid understanding of budgeting processes and financial forecasting techniques
• Strong communication skills with the ability to present financial information effectively
