• Possesses strong written and verbal communication skills, strong assessment and decisionmaking skills
• Provides insight to Spiritleaf Managers in relationship to the customer experience to the leadership team
• Participates in ongoing staff education and through sharing of product knowledge

• You must be at least the minimum required legal age (at least 19 years old) and be able to provide a clean criminal background check prior to employment.
• At least 2 years' experience in a Retail/Customer Service environment, Experience in the Cannabis industry will be considered an asset
• Proven success in offering an exceptional customer experience
• A passion for our product and changing the way the world sees cannabis
• A desire to have fun, laugh and support the customer and team member journey along the way
• Additional on the Job Training, such as Brand Awareness and Spiritleaf Knowledge training will be provided

• Day shift
• Evening shift
• Monday to Friday
• Weekends as needed

• Customer service: 2 years (preferred)
