Key Duties

• Underwrite business written by our brokers
• Hire & build a strong team of brokers
• Handle daytoday operations of the office
• Support daily EDI, ADI and edoc downloads into BMS
• Analyze & report production numbers of location
• Identify key areas & insurance trends in the province to support marketing
• Develop new business through client acquisitions
• Level II insurance license
• Knowledge of personal and commercial insurance lines
• Strong written and oral communication skills
• Underwriting experience
