Overview:
The Plant Manager has direct responsibility for the plant including safety, operations, sales, maintenance, inventory management, performance, quality, financial performance and employee relations.
The Plant Manager is an operations professional who understands the value of planning and processes and takes a disciplined approach to execution, while working closely and effectively with safety, sales, credit, customer service, and performance.
Responsibilities:
- Assist in the planning and implementation of continuous improvement of procedure
- Investigation/Problem Solving gather and present data to reach objective conclusions and solutions
- Coordinate manpower planning
- Ensure shipment requirements are met on time
